Data Lifecycle Protection: How we do it

We protect data by first, starting to protect all their systems by blocking off ports and foreign devices with SECUDRIVE Device Control Enterprise. We can make it so that only authorized USB devices such as USB Office+ can be used in corporate PCs.

We then are able to protect data that is being stored and shared using SECUDRIVE File Server. This collaborative data that is stored in the file server or cloud server can be protected from unauthorized copying, printing, screen capture, and data transfers through the network.

When you need to remove data from the server, you can do so using our encrypted export which allows users to export files out of the file server but as an encrypted file. The encrypted file can then only be decrypted in either a manageable USB (ex. USB Office+, USB Basic+, USB CAD+) or back into the protected file server. This features is especially good if you need to travel with sensitive files because regardless of whether you are in the file server or the USB Office+, you are protected from data leak.

Once the file is in our USBs, they can be completely remotely managed using SECUDRIVE USB Management Server.

Finally, once the PCs are nearing their end of life and need to be recycled, you can remotely wipe hundreds of disks simultaneously using SECUDRIVE Sanitizer Enterprise.
